Coating technology applications in the field of various sputtering techniques require the use of sputtering targets as standard. However, with regard to the process environment and the desired coating results, the production of the individual target must be considered on a very individual basis.
Materials: We offer targets in all ultra-pure precious metals and their alloys, selected non-precious metals, various non-metals and a range of different material alloys: Tell us your requirements – we will be happy to make you an offer.
Shapes: In addition to classic planar targets in square, round or ring shapes, we offer stepped targets, tubular targets and other target shapes according to your technical drawing.
Bonding service: You can order your targets from us monolithic, bonded (nanofoil, indium) or glued. You decide whether you would like to provide the bond plate yourself or whether we can take over the production – individually adapted to your production.
Sizes: As the technically feasible dimensions are strongly influenced by the material and shape of the target, we would like to refrain from specifying standardized dimensions. If possible, please send us a technical drawing together with your material specification.
Additional services, such as the straightening and decoating of old bond plates or the production of new ones, can be conveniently handled by us from a single source.
